Veeam is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles across the EMEA region. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and involves end-to-end talent acquisition, employer branding, and university recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to advise on talent acquisition processes.
- Schedule interviews to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Compile and share weekly reports tracking recruitment progress.
- Enhance Veeam's visibility as an employer of choice.
- Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Create and refine compelling job descriptions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles in the EMEA region.
- Expertise in recruiting with a consultative mindset.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Well-versed in effective sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in another European language is a strong advantage.
