Job Description

Veeam is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles across the EMEA region. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping Veeam's talent landscape.

Role involves:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
  • Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to advise on talent acquisition processes.
  • Scheduling interviews and providing timely updates on candidate progress using Greenhouse.
  • Compiling and sharing weekly reports tracking recruitment progress.
  • Championing employer branding to enhance Veeam's attractiveness to top-tier talent.
  • Developing and maintaining a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Creating and refining compelling job descriptions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles relevant to the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting with a consultative mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Well-versed in effective sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential; proficiency in another European language is a strong advantage.
