Associate Talent Acquisition Partner at Veeam Software

Veeam, the leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles across the EMEA region. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and involves employer branding and university recruitment for the new Polish hub.

The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience. He/she will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to craft tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. The position also requires the candidate to proactively build talent pipelines and enhance Veeam's employer brand to attract top-tier talent.

Role involves:

• Overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
• Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Providing a positive candidate experience.
• Compiling recruitment reports and market intelligence.
• Championing Veeam's employer branding.
• Creating and refining compelling job descriptions.

Requirements:

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles in EMEA.
• Consultative approach to recruiting with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Fluency in English and German.
