HR Data Consultant - Workday at Veeam Software

Veeam is seeking an HR Data Consultant to join their HR Operations team. This role focuses on providing HR data expertise and maintaining data integrity within Workday. The HR Data Consultant will work closely with HR Operations and People Data and Technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and generate people analytics reports in Workday.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards.
• Investigate data issues in Workday.
• Manage and respond to first-line analytics queries through ServiceNow.
• Ensure accessibility of standard reports within Workday.
• Modify existing reports and develop new ones in Workday.
• Recommend enhancements to Reporting within Workday.
• Update training materials and train users.
• Conduct regular data audits.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Test the impact of system updates on reporting functionality in Workday.
• Participate in global HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Workday HR reporting proficiency.
• Bilingual English & Spanish.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight schedules.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using an HCM system (preferred).
• Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
