HRIS Business Analyst (Workday Learning) at Veeam Software

Veeam, the global market leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking a HRIS Business Analyst (Learning) to join their People Data and Technology team. This role is based in Bucharest, Romania.

The HRIS Business Analyst will provide People data and system expertise to the business, maintain data integrity within the HR system, and translate business needs into technical solutions. They will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with excellent knowledge of Workday.

Responsibilities:

• Function as an expert for Workday administration (Learning).
• Streamline workflows and recommend changes.
• Lead the work stream of Workday implementations.
• Actively participate in all stages of Workday implementation.
• Support data cleaning, conversion, and validation processes.
• Configure Workday according to customer requirements.
• Test business processes and Workday configuration.
• Develop and deliver customer-specific training and documentation.
• Maintain data and processes within specific Workday module(s).
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver key projects and look for continuous improvements.
• Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting of system issues.
• Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades.
• Perform detailed manipulation of complex data.
• Maintain the existing Confluence page and knowledge base.
• Ensure appropriate confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on implementation experience with Workday.
• Proven experience in Learning within Workday.
• General knowledge and understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Experience working with Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
