Veeam is seeking an intern Software Development Engineer for ServiceNow to join their team in Prague for a 10-week paid internship. This role offers hands-on experience with ServiceNow, a cloud-based, AI-driven platform for automating management workflows in enterprises.The intern will configure and build new features to streamline IT Service Management, Hardware and Software Asset Management, SecOps, or Customer Support processes.
- Configure and build new ServiceNow features.
- Streamline IT Service Management processes.
- Work with Hardware and Software Asset Management.
- Contribute to SecOps.
- Enhance Customer Support processes.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coding knowledge, especially with JavaScript (Node.js preferred).
- Understanding of ITIL and agile methodologies
- Strong English communication and written skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
