Business Partner, RnD at Veeam Software

Veeam, the global market leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking a Corporate Technology Business Partner to support the Product/R&D organizations. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and aligning technical resources to help them achieve their goals. The Business Partner will serve as an interface between business units and corporate technology teams, focusing on analysis of business processes, assessment of project and platform change requests, and assisting in solution discovery and delivery.

The role involves:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships within the business and corporate technology teams.
• Analyzing business processes and objectives to align Corporate Technology initiatives.
• Communicating with business leadership to prioritize projects based on predefined criteria.
• Facilitating the review of project and platform change requests.
• Communicating decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to staff.
• Accurately recording and translating business requirements.
• Performing Business and System Analysis to ensure minimal technology resource expense.
• Project Management to facilitate various projects and tasks.
• Ensuring proper rollout of new processes with change management planning and strong communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
• Experience in business analysis, project management or sales operations role at a technology company
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work well with culturally diverse team
• A self-starter who can work collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, ERD, or other diagrams
• Proactive attitude, enthusiasm
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other Project mgmt. tools
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
• Ability to query and analyze data
• Experience with Tableau or BI Tools
• Proficient at communication tools like MS Teams
