APJ Partner Program Specialist at Veeam Software

Veeam, the leading data protection and ransomware recovery provider, is seeking an APJ Partner Program Specialist. This role supports existing enablement programs and grows Veeam’s partner community.

The APJ Partner Program Specialist will work closely with APJ marketing and alliances teams to identify, plan, and deliver enablement activities. The successful candidate will be involved in creating partner-focused training and measuring the ROI of enablement programs.

This position reports to the APJ Sales Acceleration Senior Director and requires 3 days a week in the Kuala Lumpur office, plus international travel to regions including India, Korea, Australia and South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of partner focused training
• Adoption and delivery of existing training for Veeam’s partners
• Measure the efficacy / ROI of enablement programs
• Participate and contribute in all T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions
• Evaluate existing programs to ensure their quality and effectiveness
• Communicate weekly with stakeholders from enablement team and marketing & sales stakeholders

Requirements:

• Familiarity with sales methodologies
• Awareness of or experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.
• Awareness of or experience with collaboration tools like MS Teams, WebEx, etc.
• Facilitation & coaching experience.
• Veeam portfolio knowledge proven knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in either a partner or partner ecosystem training role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of driving programs and projects independently with success.
• Exceptional organization skills and manage multiple projects
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to travel as needed (up to 30%) international travel
