Veeam, the market leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking an APJ Technical Sales Program Specialist. This role supports the APJ inside sales and SDR teams with up-to-date technical sales enablement programs. The successful candidate will identify, plan, and deliver end-user enablement activities, working with marketing and partner teams. This position reports to the APJ Sales Acceleration Senior Director and integrates with the Sales Engineering team.

The role is based in the office 3 days a week and includes international travel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating focused training programs to articulate the business value of Veeam solutions.
  • Measuring the efficacy and ROI of enablement programs.
  • Leading technical components of onboarding programs across APJ.
  • Participating in Train-the-Trainer sessions and completing certifications.
  • Planning and conducting enablement webinar sessions.
  • Evaluating existing programs for quality and effectiveness.
  • Communicating with stakeholders from enablement team, marketing & sales stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies.
  • Awareness of Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like MS Teams, Zoom.
  • Facilitation & coaching experience.
  • Strong technical background in IT,Cloud, Security and Backup Technologies.
  • Veeam portfolio knowledge is a benefit.
  • Experience in a partner or partner ecosystem training role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven record of driving programs and projects independently.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn complex systems.
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 30%).
