Devops Engineer

Job Description

Veeam is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their Quality Assurance team in Prague. This role involves managing and improving on-prem and cloud infrastructure, enhancing Ansible playbooks, and creating CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will also support team infrastructure, automate metric collection, and improve existing tools.Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage on-prem (VMware ESXi) and Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Improve Ansible playbooks for faster test lab deployments.
• Manage and create CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Automate collection of metrics to Grafana/Victoriametrics.
• Support team infrastructure and handle incidents.
• Suggest improvements to existing tools.

Requirements:

• Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, Storages, and Networking.
• Experience with Ansible or similar system configuration tools.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins or similar.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Experience with observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, etc).
