Veeam, the leading provider of data protection and ransomware recovery solutions, is seeking a Junior Performance QA Engineer to join their QA team in Prague. This role involves working with Veeam products and collaborating with QA professionals to ensure the performance and reliability of Veeam's offerings. The Junior Performance QA Engineer will be responsible for:
  • Running performance and load tests for various features within Veeam products.
  • Identifying performance bottlenecks and actively participating in the analysis of test results.
  • Creating and maintaining testing infrastructure, including deploying virtual machines and configuring system components.
  • Automating performance tests and environment deployment processes.
  • Conducting in-depth exploration of Veeam products and technologies.
Veeam is looking for someone who has:
  • A technical education or a strong passion for technology.
  • Good knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
  • An understanding of major subsystem components like CPU, Disk, RAM, and networks.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with clear logical reasoning.
  • A desire to develop skills in performance and load testing.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English for professional communication.
