Job Description
Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join their team in Prague. This role involves immersing oneself in Veeam products and technologies, analyzing product requirements, and testing one or more Veeam products. The Junior QA Engineer will communicate with other participants in the product development process, evaluate test results, and maintain a defect database.

Requirements for this position include technical education or a passion for technology, and familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of networking technologies and systems, be curious and detail-oriented, possess common sense, learn quickly, and have good English language skills (B2 level).
  • Technical education or passion for technology
  • Experience as a test engineer, software developer, or system administrator (preferred)
  • Desire to develop professionally in software testing
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of networking technologies and systems (DNS, DHCP, basic network settings, etc.)
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and common sense
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good English language skills (B2 level)
