Performance QA Engineer at Veeam Software

Veeam, the leading provider of data protection and ransomware recovery solutions, is seeking a Performance QA Engineer to join their team. This remote role, based in Poland, offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge products within the Veeam Quality Assurance Department.

The Performance QA Engineer will be responsible for performance and load testing of Veeam products, identifying performance bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The individual will also manage lab equipment and infrastructure, ensuring a smooth testing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out performance/load testing of large parts of one or more Veeam products.
• Identifying performance problems and bottlenecks.
• Helping to analyze and fix performance problems indicated by technical support.
• Managing lab equipment.

Requirements include:

• A technical education OR a passion for technology.
• 1-2 years of experience in performance/load testing.
• Knowledge of either Microsoft Windows, Linux, or Unix OS.
• Good understanding of how the main OS applications work.
• Knowledge of written and spoken English.
