Python Developer in QA at Veeam Software

Veeam, the leading provider of data protection and ransomware recovery solutions, is seeking a Python Developer in QA. This role is within the Veeam Quality Assurance Department, collaborating with Veeam QA professionals. The position is remote, based in Poland. The role involves a focus on developing and supporting automated tests.

Role Involves:

• Developing and supporting automated tests for Veeam products
• Interacting with all participants in the software development process
• Participating in the development and optimization of frameworks
• Participating in the design of automated tests
• Analyzing the source code of tested products
• Supporting internal automated-testing systems
• Building and maintaining a testing infrastructure
• Analyzing test results, and maintaining a defects database

Requirements:

• Technical education or a passion for technology
• 2 years’ experience in software testing + experience in creating automated tests OR practical experience in writing code
• Desire to write good code and develop oneself in programming
• Knowledge of OS Windows, Linux, or Unix
• Analytical skills and clear logic
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of English at the level of comprehending technical documentation
