Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores and offers customers the latest products from top brands. They are searching for Sales Assistant (Categorie Protette) to join their team.

As a member of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers. The Sales Assistant will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceeding sales targets, and using the devices in the store.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales by leveraging the company's digital channels.
• Assisting in maintaining standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying stock and replacing it when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferable.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and a good level of attention to detail.
• Required registration to the compulsory placement lists L. 68/99.
