Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe, is seeking a Sales Assistant for their Catania C.C. Centro Sicilia store. Founded in 1981, JD Sports Fashion has expanded to over 2,400 stores and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maximizing store productivity by exceeding sales targets and utilizing in-store devices. They will assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to purchase, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting digital channels.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale.
• Maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Ensuring adequate stock levels on the sales floor.

Requirements include:

• Retail experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Registration on the lists of Compulsory Placement L. 68/99 is required.
