Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, a leading retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking a Sales Assistant for its store in Florence. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer service, assisting customers throughout the sales process, and maximizing store productivity. This role involves working in a young, dynamic, and international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor

Requirements:

• Retail experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer management skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail
• Registration in the lists of Compulsory Placement L. 68/99 is mandatory
