JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. With over 2,400 stores, the group caters to various retail segments and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands. They are looking for Sales Assistant.

As a member of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers. They will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales by leveraging digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying stock levels and replenishing as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in the retail sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Willingness to work in a team and attention to detail.
• Mandatory registration to the Collocamento Obbligatorio L. 68/99 lists.
