The Sales Assistant role at JD Sports involves ensuring the best possible customer service. The assistant will aid customers, maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor to ensure full size ranges are available.

Requirements:

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and attention to detail.
• Registration with the mandatory placement lists L. 68/99 is required.
