JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is now a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores and is focused on various retail segments, offering customers the latest products from top brands. They are seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in Maida C.C. "Due Mari", Italy.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers, maximizing store productivity, exceeding sales targets, and utilizing in-store devices.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferable.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and attention to detail.
• Registration in the lists of the Compulsory Placement L. 68/99 is necessary.
