XPENG, an innovative smart technology company, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to their advancements in AI and autonomous driving technologies. The candidate will join a talented team focused on establishing a state-of-the-art ML infrastructure for training large foundation models and accelerating model training/inference.

The role involves designing, training, and deploying large deep learning models that can leverage data from a fleet of vehicles, contributing to the development of next-generation autonomous driving solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy large deep learning models.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Good knowledge of PyTorch.
• Knowledge of model training frameworks (e.g., PyTorch Lightning).
• Knowledge of transformer architecture and methods to accelerate transformer models.
• Experience using PyTorch DDP for distributed training of models.
