Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is now a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores and aims to offer its customers the latest products from top brands.

As a member of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers. They will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Registration to the lists of the Compulsory Placement L. 68/99 is required.
