This role involves partnering with account executives to expand Verkada's reach into Fortune 500 companies. The engineer will directly interface with customers, address technical objections, and aid in designing deployments with Verkada products, offering technical support to account representatives.Responsibilities:
- Being the subject matter expert on Verkada's products.
- Handling objections.
- Presenting Verkada solutions to all levels of customers.
- Educating partners, customers, and employees on Verkada's product offerings.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer with Fortune 500 companies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or security field.
- Strong background in Networking: HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP, and Firewalls.
