Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is now a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. With over 2,400 stores, the group is focused on various retail segments and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

As a member of the JD Team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers visiting the store. They will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale.
• Maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Ensuring stock availability on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferable.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and attention to detail.
• Registered on the List of Compulsory Placement L. 68/99 is mandatory.
