Coherent Solutions, a software product engineering and consulting company, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify opportunities and initiate business conversations. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, enjoy research, and be driven by sparking new connections.
Role Involves:
- Researching the market and building a client database (CRM – HubSpot).
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to initiate first contact.
- Engaging with prospects through follow-ups.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings for the Sales team.
- Actively participating in negotiations with potential partners.
- Collaborating with colleagues to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience in lead generation.
- Experience working with IT companies (B2B).
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation.
- Good knowledge of prospecting tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work full-time.
