Coherent Solutions, a software product engineering and consulting company, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify opportunities and initiate business conversations. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, enjoy research, and be driven by sparking new connections.

Role Involves:

  • Researching the market and building a client database (CRM – HubSpot).
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to initiate first contact.
  • Engaging with prospects through follow-ups.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings for the Sales team.
  • Actively participating in negotiations with potential partners.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in lead generation.
  • Experience working with IT companies (B2B).
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation.
  • Good knowledge of prospecting tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work full-time.
