Coherent Solutions is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys connecting with people and identifying business opportunities. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for market research, identifying and contacting potential clients, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and collaborating on lead generation strategies.Responsibilities:
  • Research the market and build a high-quality client database (CRM – HubSpot).
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, initiating the first contact.
  • Engage with prospects through follow-ups to keep conversations moving.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Sales team.
  • Actively participate in negotiations with potential partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1.5+ years of experience in lead generation.
  • Experience working with IT companies (B2B).
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • A proven track record of successful lead generation.
  • Good knowledge of prospecting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and business correspondence skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work full-time.
