Responsibilities:

• Search for IT specialists worldwide using creative approaches and modern tools.
• Maintain and expand the internal candidate database.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy.
• Communicate with candidates to build trust and professional relationships.
• Conduct initial video calls and deliver high-level presentations about the company.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to achieve common goals.
• Analyze labor market trends and explore new candidate sources across different countries.
• Solve any informational requests using internet resources.
• Continuously learn and improve sourcing and IT recruitment skills.

Requirements:

• A graduate or a final-year student.
• A confident PC user (Word, Excel).
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Basic understanding of the IT market and roles.
• Experience or knowledge in sourcing (courses are welcome too).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Proactive.
• Friendly and open to new knowledge.
