Constructor Group is seeking an Administrative Lead/Chief Executive Assistant to support the Founder. This role is central to a fast-paced environment, demanding excellent organizational and time management skills. The Administrative Lead will coordinate administrative support for the Executive and his family, leading a team of Executive Assistants and supporting staff. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned manager with strong logistics planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments

Requirements:
  • Experience managing teams and building work processes
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and be available on-demand
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to relocate to Singapore / Germany (Bremen) / Turkey (Bodrum)
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel frequently
  • Fluency in English
