One of Constructor Knowledge's private equities is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the complete business case realization for investors, specifically in student housing and university ancillary real estate development within Germany. The Project Manager will manage the full development cycle, including planning, financing, design, construction, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Business planning from the pre-investment stage to operational budgets.
• Forming financial models with analyst assistance.
• Interacting with the University management team on key project issues.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor profiling.
• Negotiating rent rates for university properties.
• Collaborating with the Design & Construction team.
• Participating in negotiations with banks and investors.
• Leading overall project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading development projects in student housing, residential, social, medical, research & education.
• Understanding of the full development cycle.
• Detailed understanding of financial modelling.
• Experience raising development financing in Germany.
• Negotiation experience with local authorities.
• Fluent in German.
