Head of Controlling and Financial Planning & Analysis at Constructor Knowledge

The Head of Controlling and FP&A at Constructor Group will establish and lead the financial planning and control cycle within Constructor University. The role involves delivering financial insights, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance. They will report to the VP of Finance and act as a business partner to the leadership team.

• Developing and managing annual budgets.
• Leading the preparation of financial forecasts and models.
• Tracking and analyzing financial performance against budgets and KPIs.
• Conducting cost analysis and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
• Providing profitability analysis for various university activities.
• Developing pricing strategies based on cost structures and market trends.
• Monitoring financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.

• Academic degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of German accounting standards.
• Experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in English and preferably German.
• Strategic mindset and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools.
