Head of Controlling and Financial Planning & Analysis at Constructor Knowledge

Constructor Group is seeking a Head of Controlling and Financial Planning & Analysis. The role is responsible for leading financial planning and control within Constructor University, a German Non-Profit Educational Organization. The Head of Controlling and FP&A will provide financial insights, cost optimization, and ensure compliance. This role reports directly to the VP of Finance.Responsibilities involve:

• Developing and managing annual budgets aligned with strategic goals.
• Preparing financial forecasts and models.
• Tracking and analyzing financial performance against budgets and KPIs.
• Conducting cost analysis and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
• Developing pricing strategies.
• Delivering real-time insights using dashboards and advanced analytics.
• Monitoring risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Leading and developing the Controlling and FP&A team.

Requirements include:

• Academic degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a non-profit or educational organization.
• Strong understanding of German accounting standards.
• Proficiency in English and preferably German.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools, including ERP systems and data visualization platforms
