Constructor Group is seeking a VIP IT Support Analyst to provide direct technical support to the CEO, executive team, and their family members. This role involves personally managing personal devices and complicated IT infrastructures across EMEA. The ideal candidate will ensure the continuous and perfect functioning of the working environment of the CEO in various locations. Responsibilities:
  • Full IT setup and maintenance of office spaces in various environments.
  • Provide on-demand IT support to VIP family members.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Handle device and subscription management.
  • Proactively update and replace hardware and software.
  • Ensure reliable IT connectivity during business trips and vacations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain cybersecurity practices.
  • Document issue resolutions and configurations.
  • Assist with tech due diligence for VC investments.
  • Provide 24/7 availability for urgent support.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in IT support, ideally supporting VIP/executive-level users.
  • Understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and enterprise solutions.
  • Proficiency with network technologies, backup and recovery, and endpoint security tools.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Must pass background checks.
