Constructor Group is seeking a VIP IT Support Analyst to provide direct technical support to the CEO, executive team, and their family members. The role involves managing IT infrastructure for multiple residences and offices across EMEA, requiring frequent international travel and 24/7 availability.

Role involves:
  • Full IT setup and maintenance of office spaces and residences.
  • Providing on-demand IT support to VIP family members.
  • Resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Managing house/office devices, licenses, and subscriptions.
  • Ensuring IT connectivity during executive travel.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Monitoring and maintaining cybersecurity practices.
  • Documenting issue resolutions and configurations.
  • Ad-hoc creative tasks and tech due diligence.


Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in IT support, ideally supporting VIP/executive-level users.
  • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and related enterprise solutions.
  • Proficiency with network technologies, backup and recovery, and endpoint security tools.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and high-pressure situations.
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel frequently.
