Job Description
This role is for an IT Support Analyst at Constructor Group, providing direct technical support to the CEO, executive team, and their family. The role involves managing personal devices and IT infrastructures for multiple residences and offices across EMEA.He/she will be responsible for:
  • Full IT setup and maintenance of office spaces.
  • Providing on-demand IT support to VIP family members.
  • Resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Managing house/office devices, licenses, and subscriptions.
  • Updating and replacing hardware and software.
  • Ensuring IT connectivity during business trips and vacations.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Monitoring cybersecurity practices.
  • Documenting issue resolutions and configurations.
  • Assisting with tech due diligence for VC investments.
  • Providing 24/7 support.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Hands-on experience in IT support, supporting VIP/executive-level users.
  • Experience performing tasks independently.
  • Understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom.
  • Proficiency with network technologies and endpoint security tools.
  • Skills in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
