Constructor Group is seeking a VIP IT Support Analyst to provide direct technical assistance to the CEO, executive team, and their family, managing IT infrastructure across multiple residences and offices in EMEA. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can ensure seamless IT operations in various environments.
Role Involves:
- Full IT setup and maintenance of office spaces (laptops, tablets, monitors, AV equipment, Zoom rooms, secure internet connectivity).
- On-demand IT support to VIP family members on personal devices or home offices.
- Hardware, software, connectivity, and general maintenance issue resolution.
- Management of house/office devices, licenses, and subscriptions.
- Proactive hardware, software, and license updates and replacements.
- Ensuring robust IT connectivity during executive business trips and vacations.
- Troubleshooting and repair of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and video conferencing equipment.
- Cybersecurity practices implementation.
- Issue resolution, configurations, and operational deviations documentation.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in an IT support role supporting VIP/executive-level users.
- Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and related enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency with network technologies, backup and recovery, and endpoint security tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel frequently on short notice.
