Constructor University is seeking a Director of Industry Engagement. The Director will spearhead strategic outreach, cultivate relationships with industry partners, and promote the university's research capabilities and educational offerings. The role involves translating academic innovation into impactful industrial collaborations, generating revenue, and enhancing the university’s reputation. The Director of Industry Engagement will be responsible for:

• Identifying and targeting potential industrial partners.
• Developing and enhancing client-specific value propositions.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate leaders.
• Negotiating and securing contracts for funded research and joint projects.
• Collaborating with faculty and research teams.
• Leading a team of business development professionals.
• Conducting market research and providing performance reports.
• Representing the university at industry events.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 10 years of business development or industry engagement experience.
• Proven track record in securing partnerships and contracts with industrial clients.
