Director of Industry Engagement at Constructor Knowledge

Constructor University is seeking a Director of Industry Engagement to lead strategic outreach initiatives and foster relationships with industrial partners. This role will drive business opportunities and promote the university's research capabilities and educational services for the industry. The Director will work within the Research and Transfer Office to translate academic innovation into impactful industrial collaborations, generating revenue and enhancing the university's reputation.Role involves:

• Identifying and targeting potential industrial partners.
• Developing a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate leaders.
• Negotiating and securing contracts for funded research and joint projects.
• Collaborating with faculty and research teams.
• Leading a team of business development professionals.
• Conducting market research and providing regular reports.
• Representing the university at industry events.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of business development or industry engagement experience.
• Proven track record in securing high-value partnerships and contracts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of research commercialization processes.
