VP of Philanthropy at Constructor Knowledge

Constructor Group is seeking a Vice President of Philanthropy to lead their philanthropic initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, management, and coordination with stakeholders to maximize fundraising efforts.Role responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams to develop fundraising opportunities.
• Structuring sponsorship packages.
• Leading internal campaign committees.
• Setting income projections and managing fundraising strategies.
• Developing relationships with donors.
• Promoting Constructor Group's fundraising goals.
• Defining the narrative for donors.
• Organizing events and social media campaigns.
• Providing leadership to the Fundraising and Campaign Team.
• Ensuring program excellence and evaluating program components.
• Mentoring and training staff.
• Tracking scaling progress.
• Building partnerships in new markets.
• Performing market research of donors’ motivation.

Applicants should have:

• Willingness to travel internationally.
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising.
• Experience in creating appealing cases for support.
• Track record of leading a fundraising campaign resulting in 1M+ donations.
• Understanding of non-profit marketing.
• Project and people management skills.
• Experience with automation of fundraising activities.
