Job Description

The Vice President of Development at Constructor Group will spearhead philanthropic initiatives, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination. This role aims to maximize fundraising efforts through understanding the psychology of giving.Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with campaign teams to develop fundraising opportunities.
• Structuring sponsorship packages.
• Leading campaign committees.
• Setting income projections.
• Managing fundraising strategies.
• Cultivating donor relationships.
• Promoting fundraising campaign goals.
• Defining donation narratives.
• Marketing events and social media campaigns.
• Providing leadership to the Fundraising and Campaign Team.
• Ensuring programmatic excellence.
• Mentoring and training staff.
• Tracking scaling progress.
• Building partnerships in new markets.
• Performing market research on donor motivation.

Qualifications include:

• International travel willingness
• 5+ years in fundraising/philanthropy.
• Experience in creating cases for support.
• Leading a campaign resulting in 1M+ donations
• Understanding of non-profit marketing.
• Project and people management skills.
• Experience with automation of fundraising activities.
