GR8 Tech is seeking a Junior CRM Specialist to join their team. The company provides innovative platforms and business solutions for the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will participate in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies, analyze customer data, and perform A/B testing of business hypotheses.

Role involves:

• Participating in the development and implementation of a customer retention strategy.
• Analyzing customer data to identify trends and churn factors.
• Working in CRM tools.
• Performing A/B testing of business hypotheses.
• Supporting and developing the team.

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM and understanding of CRM principles.
• Upper Intermediate English level.
• Fluent in Ukrainian language.
• Analytical skills and experience working with customer data.
• Excellent communication skills.
