The ideal candidate will participate in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies, analyze customer data, and perform A/B testing of business hypotheses.

Role involves:

  • Participating in the development and implementation of a customer retention strategy.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and churn factors.
  • Working in CRM tools.
  • Performing A/B testing of business hypotheses.
  • Supporting and developing the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CRM and understanding of CRM principles.
  • Upper Intermediate English level.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian language.
  • Analytical skills and experience working with customer data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
