Hubvisory is seeking a Recruitment Manager to be the primary HR contact and support the company's growth. This role involves strategic leadership in recruitment and HR development, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
  • Defining and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of 3 recruiters, focusing on skill development and performance.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for critical and strategic positions.
  • Partnering with managers and C-levels to define needs and support business unit growth.
  • Leading recruitment activities by adapting processes, managing projects, and integrating new recruitment tools.

Requirements:
  • 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in consulting or ESN sector is a plus.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage change.
  • Autonomy and initiative-taking skills.
  • Exemplary managerial skills.
  • Analytical rigor and attention to detail.
