Hubvisory is seeking a Senior Product Designer to become a key design reference, supporting major clients in their digital product development. The role involves leading product discovery, defining functional visions, and implementing Design Thinking methodologies.

Role involves:

• Conducting product discovery processes.
• Defining the functional vision of the product.
• Designing the product (wireframing, prototyping).
• Implementing Design Thinking and Lean UX methods.
• Facilitating ideation and brainstorming workshops.
• Implementing and structuring a Design System.
• Participating in functional and technical specifications.
• Establishing a continuous discovery process.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Passion for new technologies, digital, and innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Autonomy and initiative-taking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and acquire new knowledge.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
