Scrum Master F/H at Hubvisory

Hubvisory is seeking a Scrum Master to become a key figure in Product & Agility, supporting major clients in developing their digital products and organizations. The Scrum Master will work with the product experts in France.

The role involves:

• Supporting teams in preparing and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Coaching teams on best practices to foster autonomy.
• Facilitating communication and coordination among teams.
• Assisting teams in implementing effective agile and product processes.
• Being responsible for continuous improvement within teams or programs.
• Helping to establish an agile and product mindset across different teams.
• Monitoring and measuring the level of maturity and adjusting actions accordingly.
• Coordinating with a team of Scrum Masters to share and standardize best practices.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or equivalent role).
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies at scale.
• A passion for new technologies, digital innovation.
• Autonomy and resourcefulness that lead to taking initiatives.
• A thirst for learning and acquiring new knowledge.
• Rigor and analytical skills that will make you a reference.
