Scrum Master F/H at Hubvisory

Hubvisory is seeking a Scrum Master to become a key reference in Product & Agility, supporting major clients in their digital product development. The Scrum Master will work from Lille, France and collaborate with a team of experts!

The role involves:

• Guiding teams in preparing and facilitating Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily, Review, Retro.
• Coaching teams on best practices to foster autonomy.
• Facilitating communication and coordination with involved teams.
• Assisting teams in implementing effective Agile and product processes.
• Ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Driving continuous improvement within teams or programs.
• Helping establish an agile and product mindset across teams.
• Monitoring maturity levels and adjusting actions accordingly.
• Coordinating with a Scrum Master collective for sharing and standardizing best practices.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods at scale.
• Passion for new technologies, digital, and innovation.
• Autonomy and resourcefulness leading to initiative-taking.
• Thirst for learning and acquiring new knowledge in a constantly evolving discipline.
• Rigor and analytical skills to become a reference.
