Product Ops F/H at Hubvisory

Hubvisory is seeking a Product Ops professional to join their team in Paris. The role focuses on being a key product reference, assisting major clients in developing digital products and organizations. The candidate will act as an orchestrator for product teams, leveraging product management methodologies to implement suitable practices for each context.

Role involves:

• Promoting a product and user-centric culture.
• Recommending and automating tools.
• Ensuring roadmap alignment with strategy and managing OKRs.
• Supporting product roles within the organization.
• Standardizing skill paths for Product People.
• Optimizing product development processes.
• Implementing quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Sharing knowledge within Hubvisory.

Requirements:

• Bac +5 degree (engineering, business school, or university).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting related to Product.
• Experience in Change Management/Transformation projects.
• Expertise in Product Management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to thrive outside of comfort zone.
• Client-first orientation and strong leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, rigor, and reliability.
