Product Strategist F/H at Hubvisory

Hubvisory is seeking a Product Strategist to join its team in France. The ideal candidate will combine product transformation and change management expertise to design and structure new product organizations for clients. He will work alongside clients to analyze their strengths and weaknesses, co-design their new organization, and offer crucial support during the initial months of their transformation.

The role involves:

• Conducting product diagnostics and maturity audits.
• Co-building target product organizations with clients.
• Coaching teams on product management practices.
• Supporting product roles within client organizations.
• Implementing and leading product management training.
• Facilitating workshops and Innovation Games.
• Sharing knowledge and experiences within Hubvisory.

Requirements:

• Bac +5 degree in engineering, business school, or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, ideally in product-related areas.
• Experience leading Change Management/Transformation projects.
• Expertise in Product Management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Fluency in English.
