HR People Partner at Pharmbills

Pharmbills is looking for a HR People Partner to manage their HR team. The HR People Partner will deliver HR support for people across multiple business units. They will serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and partner with leaders, offering thought leadership in executing people initiatives.This role involves:

• Managing the HR team
• Delivering HR support for employees
• Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related matters
• Partnering with leaders to execute people initiatives
• Providing solutions to organizational challenges
• Increasing engagement and promoting a strong corporate culture

Requirements include:

• Strong command of English and fluency in Ukrainian
• 2+ years experience as HR Manager / HRPP/ Head of HR / HRBP
• Experience in outsourcing / outstaffing companies with over 600 team members
• Experience in HR analysis, structurization of HR processes, and implementing HR initiatives
• Organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Stress tolerance and emotional intelligence
• Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
