• Sourcing & Attracting Talent for finance-related roles.
• Managing candidate pipelines using ATS and CRM tools.
• Interviewing & Assessing candidate fit.
• Leveraging knowledge of the Colombian job market.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies.
• Offer Coordination & Onboarding Support.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within international companies.
• Deep understanding of Colombian recruitment channels.
• Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, ATS & CRM platforms.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Results-driven approach.
• Availability to collaborate according to the U.S. business hours.
