Accountant at Pharmbills

Pharmbills is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage client accounts and ensure financial accuracy. The Accountant will play a vital role in helping healthcare providers maintain financial stability, allowing them to focus on patient care. This position is based in Ukraine.She/he will be responsible for:

• Managing client accounts, cooperating with insurance companies, and updating patient records.
• Tracking payments and billing, processing, monitoring, and verifying financial transactions.
• Performing data entry and policy verification to ensure all insurance and financial records are current.
• Generating monthly financial summaries and client-requested reports.
• Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and security guidelines.
• Providing problem-solving and support by assisting in resolving account issues and internal system tickets.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
• An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• A proactive approach and the ability to operate independently.
