Accountant at Pharmbills

Pharmbills is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team in Bulgaria. This role is focused on supporting healthcare providers by ensuring their financial stability through meticulous accounting practices. The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing client accounts, cooperating with insurance companies, and updating patient records.
• Tracking payments and billing, processing financial transactions, and verifying accuracy.
• Performing data entry, verifying policies, and maintaining financial records.
• Generating monthly financial summaries and client reports.
• Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with security guidelines.
• Providing problem-solving support by addressing account issues and internal system tickets.

Requirements include:

• Experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Proactive approach and ability to operate independently.
