Pharmbills is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage client accounts and contribute to the financial strength of healthcare providers. This role involves working with insurance companies, updating patient records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities: - Managing client accounts by cooperating with insurance companies and updating patient records.
- Tracking payments and billing through processing, monitoring, and verifying transactions.
- Performing data entry and policy verification to keep insurance and financial records current.
- Generating monthly financial summaries and client-requested reports.
- Ensuring compliance by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security guidelines.
- Problem-solving and providing support by helping to resolve account issues and internal system tickets.
Requirements: - Experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
- A proactive approach and ability to operate independently.
