Job Description
Pharmbills is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage client accounts and ensure financial accuracy. This role involves cooperating with insurance companies, updating patient records, and processing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will help healthcare providers stay financially strong, so they can focus on caring for people.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing client accounts, cooperating with insurance companies.
  • Tracking payments & billing, monitoring financial transactions.
  • Data entry & policy verification, and updating insurance and financial records.
  • Generating monthly financial summaries and client reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and security guidelines.
  • Assisting in resolving account issues and internal system tickets.

Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial reports, including P&L.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
  • A proactive approach & ability to operate independently.
